Drove up to Waipu.

Thursday Feb 28

Running 2:34:10 [3] +900m
Long run from home. Going at a steady pace. Up the top of hill road and around the place. Tired at the end.

Wednesday Feb 27

Kayaking 1:46:39 [3]
Kayak on Lake Rotorua in the Sharp. From Holdens Bay to the Ohau Chanel and back. Hard work into the wind on the way out then, fast surfing down waves on the way back. Feeling good.

Tuesday Feb 26

Running 1:11:44 [4] +395m
Steady/Fast run from home in the forset. Feeling the weekend a bit, but still going strong, but of puffing and panting like Neil up the hills.
Mountain Biking 2:03:39 [2] +630m
MTB from home with Anna H around the single tracks. Slow but steady.

Kururau Krusher Multisport Race.

Monday Feb 18

Running 1:04:00 [3]
Easyish AM run in the forest, up a few hills.
Kayaking 51:00 [3]
PM kayak on the blue lake. Nice evening. Felt like I was going quick.

Sunday Feb 10

Orienteering 1:31:00 [4]
Orienteering at Waiti. Running real slow everywhere, mad a few mistakes also. Navigation needs a lot of work before nationals.

Saturday Feb 9

Orienteering 37:32 [5]
Middle Distance on Headly Road. Tried to run fast, but orienteering couldn't keep up and made lots of small errors.
