Run from home around the north end of the island. There was this other guy out running where I have never seen anyone before, couldn't burn him off for ages. Got faster and faster then dropped him on a big hill. I was fucked for the last half of the run.

MTB in Whitford forest. With Neil, Stu, Fi, Anna and Martin. Good fun on new trails, although muddy.

Hired a kayak from fergs. Was an Advantage with a K1 seat. Was pretty rough so I wobbled about for a while then fell in and swam to the beach. Swapped boats to an F1, heaps more stable.
