Kayak on Lake Rotorua. Hangover paddle, feeling a bit rough after sleeping all day.

Bit of ride from home. Going real slow and feeling bad, so went home.

Friday Mar 23

Swimming 6:57 [5]
300m swim. had a go at short local multisport race. Came in about 5th (swim). As usual I started off too fast and blew abouh half way through ( the swim that is).

MTB part of the race. From Blue Lake, up a big hill and back, about 10 km, solid pace. (passed 4 teams, one more to go).

Run around the Blue Lake, feeling OK, could see the dude in front, and closed the gap, but didn't get him.
Kayaking race 6:13 [5]
Team I was chasing has a chick paddling a plastic sea kayak, so caught her up and spat her out fairly quick. Good fun race (except for swimming). Thanks to the RDC for letting me have the afternoon off work.

Run around the forest. Starting to feel good finally. Still took it easyish.

MTB around the forest feeling good. Did a few "pushing a big gear" up hills. Feeling good. Bouncing back from the weekend.

Wednesday Mar 21

Kayak from home with Yohan. Did 2 x bungy pyramids. Feeling strong. Yohan went for a swim with the F1.

Bike from work, around a few streets. Steady pace, legs are still tired.
