| Run from home around the yellow trail and explored a few new tracks. Met up with Andrew M at the bottom of water tank hill and ran back home with him. Just cruising along. |

| MTB with Stu from home. Feeling pretty good. Started off cold, got warm on the hills. Stopped to talk to Marcus at some race, and started to piss down. Road back in the freezing rain. |

| Run from home with Stu. 5 mins after we started running it started to snow. Yes snow, in tropical Rotorua. Was kind of fun though. Feeling good. Stu made me run faster than I normally would. |

| PM: MTB in the forest from home. Was going ood steady pace. Got a little tired near the end. Fun to be back on the sinle track. Road a new track "Little Red Riding Huck" steafy downhill with lots of optional high speed jumps. Stu would love it.
Was gettin a little chilly though. Ice forming on puddles, brrr. |

| AM: Road bike out to Spencer Road and Back via Okareka Loop Road. Havn't been on the road bike in a while on hills and found it a bit tough grindng up with no more gears left. Did about 50% of the hills standing. |

| PM: Kayak on Lake Rotorua. Was flat and dark. Just cruising along. Went around Kawaha Pt towards Ngongotaha and back. |
