Having a great time surfing in the Double Millennium, with Neil G (who had never been in a tippy boat before). Lots of support strokes, a few swims and remounting practice. But damn good fun. Stuffed by the time we got back.

Super extra slow "Pub Run" from Nelsons new place in Mapua. Super extra slow was about all I could manage, feeling rooted. Just run out of energy today. Suspect still recovering from illness.

Normal lunchtime run, up the Maitai and over Centre of NZ. Not feeling terrible at least, perhaps a little weak, but not as bad as I expected.

Also did my first sold poo since tuesday.

Orienteering training at Rabbit Island. Not great training with the map blown up to 1:2,500, exacerbating the mapping errors. Why?

Bad case of Gastro. spent the day lying on the couch and utalising the toilet. Even fainted at one point, after getting up to fast. Not in a good state.

#Didn't start GPS after warm-up. Totally weak and feeble on the normal Monday night race. This time around the 2nd black boy so a bit further. Suppose to be expected after racing so hard in the weekend.
