Steady paddle with Megan in the Hypernova. Super high tide meant got up to the aquatic centre. Nice day.

On the TT bike. Out to Richmond and back. Planning on doing longer but work got in the way. Super windy made it hard work.

Steady ride on the TT bike around town. Seat was slipping forward a bit which was annoying.

2hr paddle. Tried to maintain a steady pace. Met up with Jen and Nomes. Smashed them.

Pretty solid run up the Gramps and Centre of NZ. Feeling pretty good for the first 3/4, getting tired by the end but still going ok.

Run with Dave in the Sanctuary. Steady pace. Still feel a bit strange running after tramping but seem to be going OK.

Bike out to the Glen and back on the TT bike. Stopped a few times to make minor adjustments to the setup. Seat also seemed to give me some minor chafing.
