Lunchtime paddle with Megan from the Marina. Nice to be kayaking in the heat of the day. Feeling a bit rushed to get back to work after a busy morning.

Running race 1:09:40 [4] *** 12.07 km (5:46 / km) +38m 5:41 / km

90 min rogaine at Rabbit Island. Was surprisingly fun and difficult. Cleared them all in 60, but then realized I hadn't written down the answer for one of them (foolishly trying to remember several in a row, but then forgot that I was supposed to remember).
Ran back and got it, but added 10 minutes.
Still won with a few minutes to spare.

Bike up and around Codgers, then up again. Feeling pretty good, nice solid ride.

Lunchtime run up the Gramps with the Normals. Feeling a bit tired but not to bad.

Steady run from around the normal Sanctuary loop. Was feeling fairly tired and unenthused.

Had pinged by calf walking down the stairs this morning and it was a bit sore all day, but didn't feel it running, so that is good.

Paddle with Sakkie and Dave. Steady pace. Was quite choppy in exposed areas, avoided the breakers with the MS boats.

Ride around the Coppermine loop with Dave. Very solid pace, and feeling a bit buggered by the end. Good though.
