Long road bike out through Mot and Dovetail. Nice steady pace, felt tired by the end not unexpectedly to finish off a solid weekend/week of training.

Epic mission with Dan B and Lara. Over a couple of passes. Had some fun in the snow and bluffs trying to find a way down from one, eventually got down after some dodgy tussock climbing down through a gut.
Good mission.

Longer paddle with 5 x 10 min hardish. Actually feeling quite good.

Mountain bike up fringe hill, then back down The Classic and through codgers. Feeling ok on the hill, steady up.

Lunchtime run with the Normals up the Gramps. Feeling pretty heavy, but still seemed to be smashing the others.

Steady kayak after work. Feeling quite good for some reason.

Morning run around the Tantragee loop in the dark. Pretty wet and muddy. Feeling a bit average with some gut issues.

Bike up to 3rd House then around the fenceline and down Involution. Not feeling super energetic. Good to get out on the Santa Cruz, feels a bit different, way faster on the road.
