Abel Tasman Coastal Classic run. Started off a bit quick I think as the legs fell off in the last 8 or 9 km. Actually a very tough race.

Easy from Marahau to Motueka after the race. Was planning on doing more but couldn't be bothered. Plus it started to rain. Megan came and picked me up.

5km race. Turf hotel, lets feeling buggered from the start. Rich, Dan and some other dude ran away from me pretty quick. Hopefully will do better next week.

Easy MTB with the Megan. Legs are still feeling very tired on the ups, but seemed to get better throughout the ride.
Poor Megan had a crash because she was too wimpy.

First ski race of the season. As usual was very painful. Pretty tired from the weekend still, so didn't go as well as I think I should have. Followed Sakkie the whole way and was planning to sprint him off, but then didn't have a sprint.

Long road bike out through Mot and Dovetail. Nice steady pace, felt tired by the end not unexpectedly to finish off a solid weekend/week of training.
