Running warm up/down 6:03 [2] 0.83 km (7:18 / km) +3m 7:11 / km

Bit of a warm up. Not a very good one. Body feeling a little sore, probably as a result of going to the gym yesterday.

Running race 17:47 [5] 4.88 km (3:39 / km) +41m 3:30 / km

Eddyline 5km race. Was expecting significant amounts of pain and suffering due to lack of anything remotely resembling fast running for a long time and wasn't disappointed.
Got smashed by a kid who looked about 8, but I guess happy enough with the time for first hitout. Course was a little short I think.

Running warm up/down 2:18 [2] 0.23 km (9:55 / km) +9m 8:22 / km

Cool down. Should have done more. Naughty!

Kayaking 58:38 [4] 11.45 km (5:07 / km) +89m 4:56 / km

Evening ski race. Downwinder. Tried to be efficient surfing down the waves and not smash myself like normal with minimal gain. Seemed to work as I had plenty of gas in the tank at the end to sprint off Neil and take the victory in div 2.
