Gibbs Hill Challenge for another year. Wet showery and and muddy conditions Felt like I had a pretty solid race. Felt really strong on the bike for some unknown reason both rides and even pulled out the fastest return ride for an individual.
Run was solid, but lungs struggling going uphill seemed to be my limiter. Legs felt strong.
4th overall.

Nice kayak with Megan in the Awatea Inlet. Pretty windy so had to find a sheltered spot.

shoes: Giant Advanced 1

Ride to make sure the bike road bike was working properly and to spin off the cobwebs.

Trek 53:25 [2] 2.97 km (18:00 / km) +214m 13:14 / km

Walk up to Rawhiti Cave and had a good explore down there. Quite nice and fun. Megan out of her comfort zone.

Lunchtime run with the normals around the Port Hills. Fegs feeling a bit tired.

Gravel biking it up around the long Sharlands Loop and back down the Maitai. Solid ride. Should have eaten food. Luckily Megan had steak for me when I got home.

Rabbit Island night rogaine. Pretty tricky finding them in the dark with no reflectors and lost a bit of time. Still managed to clear them all with 10 to spare.
