Run with the Normals up the Gramps. Not feeling super great. Lots of sweating.

Couples Paddle with the Megan in the double. Up the Maitai and the across the Haven in the shallows. Felt pretty good. Nice evening.

Ride with Dave on the CX bike around the supposedly shorter Sharlands Loop. Doesn't seem to be any shorter though. Feeling quite good.
