Club event a Canaan Downs. Got smashed by Matt but smashed everyone else. Happy with the navigation, no major mistakes. Felt quite heavy and unmotivated running, but seemed to be going ok, only a bit slower than Matt.

Turf 5k. As expected was pretty unpleasant. Went ok for the first half (probably a bit fast), then slowed in the second half. Had some gut issues going on from 3 km and considered ducking into the bushes.
