JHI relay 3rd leg. 3rd team.
Set off a few minutes behind the next Scots. Caught Ro just before last spectator. Always fun.

JHI individual W18
Started steady through the green. Risky route choice for long leg. Decided to leg it right round the path so I would have an easy attack point. Thought I had lost a lot of time but didn't appear to loose much. Still managed to muck up the control circle. Then spent 4 mins looking for the easiest control on the course that was probably only 15m off the track. Lost the lead. Still pleased with my running even if the majority was downhill.
