Testing my shins the whole way round. Only the left one hurt today. Taped it up but found it was worse than normal especially downhill. It took me a while to realise it could be down to the taping so took it off and carried on. Still hurting on the descents but not as much. Ended up walking/hopping down the hills so it made it a pretty slow run.

Spent a lot of the time trying to hold down chocolate milk but legs felt good.
Shins noticably better on grass.
