Two courses.
Tripped on the second one and hit my knee. Stiffened up in the evening so couldn't straighten it.
Did more than 25% this weekend but shins weren't giving me any bother and the terrain was nice and soft so should be fine. Knee will force me to take it a bit easier the next few days anyway.

Pretty clean. Found I wasn't really reading the map because the legs were so short so just used compass. Brain wasn't really switched on but thats to be expected for the first training of the year.
