Walked the BOF training so got on the bike when I got home.

Garmin died.
Started the morning pretty positive since shins hadn't bothered me in over 2 weeks. During the first exercise got a pain on the inside of my calf above where my shin pin normally is. Kept going but it didn't improve so called it a day.
V frustrating because this was on spongey terrain and I was barely running hard. I just really don't want a repeat of last year walking pretty much every camp and wasting good training opportunities.

On the up side it was fab to be back on t'moors.

Listening to the body so no morning session today. Also took advantage of not having 9ams anymore so caught up on some sleep.

Needed more warm up but keep forgetting to leave more time to walk down to killing fields to warm up there.

The session was 5x6min but missed the middle rep. Still more than 50% but shins have been fine for two weeks.
Fine for the first rep then legs just gave up. Not sure why they were so tired since I didn't do much at the weekend. Oh well.

No squats or jumps today. Got my knee taped up. It felt much better this morning but slightly worse after gym.
