Shin pain wasn't too bad again but its not really improving its just always there. Not sure how to go about it since I've only got one more week of being able to cross train easily.

Did half session so only 3x5min.
Legs have been very heavy for the past two interval sessions which is probably down to a mixture of doing less running and beginning to add some weight in the gym on Mondays.
Shin and calf not too bad on the reps but they really seized up on the cool down
