Storthes Hall middle distance
V slow and cautious. No problems in the shin department. L flute and quad were noticeably tired. Hopefully its because they now have to actually work after janine loosened them off. I missed out the little tarmac sprint section. Just good to be 'running' with a map since I feel so out of practice.

Physio
Went in for a (very expensive) hour session with Janine which gave her time to do loads of work on my L quad which was apparently much needed. Left leg is very wobbly.
