Ladies Harriers Hill training tonight. Hospital hill: 5x0.7mile loops with downhill recovery. Meh I'm not sure this is long enough but was a big enough hill. Tonight I liked pushing up it! Running with Eileen mostly tonight and sometimes Patricia. First to the top each time tonight :-)
Having trouble finding time for ap these days, though I still think it's good to do! Will finish later anyway - Connaght was messy fun today

Can't say this was my finest effort. Had a few bad mistakes on this one, small at first, but then seemed to get bigger and bigger. Honestly though I was still having fun finding those wee flags ( except maybe 20, wee bugger..)
Hmm map was suspicious at first glance. Actually running it, the contours and vegetation were just weird - who thinks like this?? But I think they made a decent effort planning a 7.5k course on that area especially with all the lakes. Mostly the map that was at fault rather than the planner. Wish we'd a chance to try older Connaght sometime!
Fermo local event at Castle Archdale (o-training) Wanted to go slow and steady but think I raced a little too much at times, and as a result made mistakes. Maybe lack of local knowledge but think could have been better anyway... Will try again in a few weeks. I like the Fermo events, nice atmosphere
WENT at Musgrave. Gave my favourite headtorch to a new guy, so reverted back to my little old one from first year. God this was a run in the dark! Struggling at the start to see anything, then I got sorta worked up lol and was sprinting, proper sprinting for the rest of the time. Being a sav! :) Was very fun hah, still made it within the time limit anyway, whoo!
