Long run with Devil.
Started from Devil's house in O'Connor & started up towards O'Connor Ridge. Devil put me to the sword on that first hill and from then on I was just hanging on. We ran around the back of Black Mtn, along the lake, up Anzac Pde, round the back of Ainslie and home through Dickson. Good solid effort, and probably my last 2hr run before the marathon.

Slept in, had a nice coffee, read the paper, went to the market and then finally found the motivation to get out and do my run. A prretty good session -- 4 x 5min efforts with 2 min recovery on tracks around Black Mtn.

Easy run. Intended to do lunchtime intervals, but forgot. Calves were a bit sore anyway, so ahev delayed ints until saturday.

Just me & stace on the blob tonight. Did the concrete path run (without the concrete path) and finished through the DARK streets of Aranda. Winter, here we come ....
