Running 35:00 [1] 6 km (5:50 / km)
shoes: Asics Gt 2120 III
Went down to the Gulf of Mexico coast for the weekend. Stayed in a town called Apalachicola (try typing that 3 times quickly) which was a sleepy fishing town with the world's smallest ever "Blues Festival" in. There were about 50 people listening to the blues, and with 6 acts of about 5 people that means only about 25 non-playing spectators ...

Anyway, got up early and went for a short jog. Hoping to find an interesting path somewhere -- we should stop hoping for things like that in this country!!

Friday Oct 19

Note
Had a bit of a sore throat the last few days, so no training (other than my regular stretching and back exercises). I have managed to find a few cool places to run. All involve a drive from home, but that's great cos it allows me to feel more american and drive my car around more.
C • Hmmm... I resemble that rem... 1

Running 30:00 [3] 6 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Asics GT 2120 II
Fairly debacle-ish run around tallahassee. Went in search of some parks. After a bit of meandering I found some, but they were a bit small so I found myself back out on the street again. That was fine for a while as it was a leafy green suburb, but I found myself on highways (no footpaths) pretty quickly. Might try the other direction tomorrow...
C • Getting used to the place? 2
C • I noticed that.. 3

Monday Oct 15

Note
Spent our first full day in tallahassee getting used to the place, so didn't manage much exercise, except to walk home from uni.
