| Five-hills session on Aranda Hill. The session I do when I'm supposed to do intervals but can't face the mental challenge of running up the same hill again & again. This run goes up the spur of Aranda Hill (2:32), then down the side (1:52 rec) & up the rollercoaster (2:36) then down (1:53 rec) and up bastard hill (1:55) then back down the rollercoaster (2:36 rec) and to the top of aranda hill (4:13) and down (1:03 rec) and up (0:50) the sharpish hill on the southern side. Pippa came -- flogged me on the first two, but refused to go to the bottom of the hill after that. just waited for me half way down. A good session. Might have to take the cockies out on this one frosty thursday morning ... |

| First proper ride for quite a while. Went out with Rob and AceJase to do an easy lap of tour de pete. Ended up cutting quite a bit off. Nice and warm, no cars, but the public holiday took it's toll -- our intended cafe was closed, Gus' was too packed so we ended up at dobinsons. |
