No too much brushed back today more like a setback! The left Achilles was in big trouble this morning. Struggled big time on the way to the start even though I looked in the medicine cabinet for some cough medicine! Make I fetched the wrong jar?! So started easy and tiptoed stepped like a dwarf around the course made some smaller mistakes in the diffuse areas. After the tourture today I might jump on the garden gate for the next couple of days to give the achilles some rest. Ended 11th 10mins behind. What a crap day! Ran first leg, did okay but felt a bid tired on the roads but okay in terrain. Not much trouble with the navigation, finished 2/3 1min behind Claus Bloch. Thomas did a good job and Jamie could start out on the 3'rd and last leg about 1min behind Rene Rokkjær (OK Pan Århus). But again Jamie showed whos the boss! | Easy run in Store Dyrehave. Did two 4mins intervalls on road to get some speed in to the legs. The rest was jog in terrain. Hopefully this should get me set for the Danish Relay Champs tomorrow in the EOC 2004 relay terrain.

did 2 longer intervalls in terrain, felt average. The cause could be that I just swallowed a few sandwich when I left work. | ||

| Took the bike for a ride, but it wasn't too happy as I only cruised on major roads. Tried to push the pace a bit, but holly molly it's hard to get the blood pumping on the bike... almost got smashed by a truck as it didn't slow down as it past me on a narrow road. | ||

| Funrun in Birkerød, with the Tisvilde boys. Did a 5*2.2k relay. maybe we are getting old? had a meeting with my super consultant today as well...bad sign. Anyway ran fourth leg, had no idea how fast to go what a ridiculous distance!
