Distance is a estimate. Parked downtown. out and back on Old Stumpy, Coal Discovery, took right up short trail to River Road (where we drop in from Big Money) and back. Went up and down new Sidewinder trailhead.

Met Kim, Terry, Mel at Straightlines. Uprooted from the red barn to Hypervent junction then down old Roots to Montane. Looped back to barn.

ran/hiked up Lady Mac and ran down. Was a bit tired from yesterdays run and the ride this morning but was worth the slog. Felt the left knee on the run down. Rolled and stretched at the houseā€¦thanks C and CO ;)
