Orienteering 1:35:32 [3] ***** 5.05 km (18:55 / km)

Fun downhill course. Had a really good run and spiked most of the controls but i was taking it easy because I was concentrating on skills and simplifying the map.

Orienteering race 25:08 [3] 3.77 km (6:40 / km) +71m 6:06 / km

Orienteering 1:22:25 [3] *****

Woke up with a sore toe and turned out it was an ingrown toenail but i went training anyway. Very technical day and I took it slow whilst being shadowed which really helped me improve my simplification and route choice.

Orienteering 2:04:53 [3] *** 8.64 km (14:27 / km)

Great day sprint orienteering around Annecy in France. I had no problems out on the courses. I wore my Salomon trail running shoes as they have no spikes but i got two blisters one on my small two and one on my heel (both on my right foot)

Orienteering 1:07:21 [3] ***** 2.88 km (23:23 / km)

Back out on the same terrain as Sunday 17th but i had to run in my Salomons and afterwards I had two blisters on my right foot. One open blister on my small toe and one on my heel that was more of just a heat rub.

Orienteering 1:31:43 [3]

Great start to a weeks training in France. Felt fine and took it slow just to get used to the map as it was a technical area. Wore my Inov8 Oroc 340 shoes and they were fine, no blisters or rub.
