I was helping out with the Sunday junior training for M/W14's again and so I had to go and put out controls. I then went on a training run on an old night score course of Belvoir Park and I managed to get all controls in 25mins (although I was doing it in daylight so at night I would have been a bit slower).

Helping out at the junior training. Began by taking people on a map run and getting them to relocate when I stopped running. I then shadowed people on some butterfly exercises and I had to go and collect controls at the end.

Good run up Slieve Croob this morning. Went up twice following the fence line up from the main carpark and then coming down beside the road. 16mins up to the top.

Warm up followed by 3 sets of 5x1min up, 1min down with 2mins recovery between sets. I felt really good and I didn't have any pains.

Setting out controls for my WEE event and I was running back and forward between control sites. The WEE went well and I only used this as a light jogging session.

Dromore AC session tonight. Warm up followed by 8x1min @ 1500m pace with 1min 30secs recovery between each one. I used this as a middle distance type training for JIRCs by not stopping in the recovery and continuing to jog.
