Good training today in some very wet weather on Gortalaghuny. It was really good fun and I was very accurate and happy with route choices.

Ran the SHI women's first leg relay as a mass start race for the juniors at training. I got off to a really good start although I made one really silly mistake that cost me 7-8mins on a very short leg. I learned from my mistakes. I was 3rd in the end.

NI Long Distance championships. Really happy with my run and I was first overall on M16. One small mistake and I lost about 30secs but no major errors.

Good training at Dromore AC tonight. 4 x 7min @ 10k pace (4:10-15/km) with 2mins recovery between each. I felt good for the first 3 but during the 4th one I got stomach cramps and began to feel ill. All in all a good session.
