Orienteering (JIRCs) 59:40 [4] 9.09 km (6:34 / km) +52m 6:23 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

I didn't have a good run at all today at the JIRCs relays. I put myself under too much pressure when I went out and I made a huge mistake on control number 9 where I then relocated but didn't trust myself and I panicked. I have learnt from my mistake and I hopefully won't do this at JHIs in 2 weeks time. All in all I had a good weekend at the JIRCs

Really good run today at the JIRCs Individual race running up to M18. I was 13th out of 30 runners. I am so happy with my result and this is the best result I have ever had an orienteering competition. 3mins behind Tom Wood, 4mins behind Tom Lines and 20mins behind Freddie Carcas who won. Two minor mistakes where I lost about 30secs overall in them.
