5K session this morning. 10mins warm up @ 5mins/km followed by a 30min tempo run @ 4:30/km and then a slow jog back home again for a 7min cool down. I felt a bit tired after the session last night but apart from that I felt good and I held a steady pace for the whole tempo run. I'm really happy to be back training again.

Good 3K session tonight. 6x2mins @ 3k pace (3:35/km) with 2mins recovery between each. My knee held out on the training and I had no pain at all although the session began to feel tough towards the end due to my lack of training recently. Hopefully this will be a good start into my hard training for summer.
