This weeks SLR was a fell run with a lot of trail to begin and then a tough final climb to the top of Luke's mountain through a lot of bog and battling against a head wind. Really enjoyed it and the descent off the mountain was great. Legs feeling good, didn't have time to do a warm up or cool down.
