First proper run back into training after 3 weeks of rest. I really did need those weeks off but now my speed is not as good as it used to be but I should be able to build it back up soon enough.
Focused on taking it easy for the first third of the course and then picking up the speed in the final two thirds. This worked really well as I didn't make any mistakes early on and was able to speed up while still navigating smooth in the latter part of the course.
Feels good to run again.
