I was feeling a wee bit of pain in my knee occasionally on the run but then it would disappear and afterwards there was no pain at all. I think I'm getting over it but no hard sessions yet for a few weeks. Irish Time Trial coming up soon so just going to keep things ticking over with easy runs for that.
