Planned myself some O training in Houghall. Really enjoyed it and thought it went well. Was focusing on being as agressive as possible with my route choice and running through the terrain while still reading map confidently. Really enjoyed it but the course was very very steep and slippy.

Birthday long run out the old railway line. Felt really good until about 12k when I felt sick. Stopped for a minute and then carried on. Enjoyed it though.
