Easy run through the trails to get some more height climb in and again running with kit. Raced back for core session but felt pretty decent all together. Bit of a tight Achilles on my right leg but it cleared up.

Pretty brutal session but well worth it. Much less boring than usual and felt like it was actually making a difference for improvement of core rather than just maintenance. New exercises and stricter timings worked well.
