20 min warm up - 4 strides 5.0, bounced between 3.5 & 4.0 the rest of the time.
10 min 5.5. 1 min break in between. I could not go 5.5 for more than 4-5 min. Chest tight, couldn't breathe.
10 min between 4.0-3.0.
Maybe I did this too early today ugh
