Walk 10 at 4.0 - this was kind of hard....legs were really tired and I'm not sure I could have run the entire 10 this time....so I walked faster than the 3.0 Walk 5 to end
Walked around with Tryn part of the day and legs were tired.
start at 4.5 and increase .1 every minute. Did 9 of these and felt like I was going to throw up. Walked 3.0 for 1 min. Did 2 more where I left off. Walked 3.0 for 3 min.
