Speed walk at the hotel. Another HARD treadmill. Don't know what we've been missing with that ol squishy one.

Speed walk...well 4.0 walk to stretch out.

Treadmill 1:30 [3] 6.0 mi (15 / mi)

92 minutes. 6 miles.

Run 10 any speed
Walk 5 was the workout

Run 10 at 4.5
Walk 5 at 3.0
I did this 5 times

Walk 10 at 4.0 - this was kind of hard....legs were really tired and I'm not sure I could have run the entire 10 this time....so I walked faster than the 3.0
Walk 5 to end

Walked around with Tryn part of the day and legs were tired.

Monday Mar 6, 2017 #

Treadmill 45 [3] 3.0 mi (15 / mi)

Attempted the interval workout.

warm up with a few strides 15 min.

start at 4.5 and increase .1 every minute.
Did 9 of these and felt like I was going to throw up.
Walked 3.0 for 1 min.
Did 2 more where I left off.
Walked 3.0 for 3 min.

Finished 15 min at 4.0.

Sweaty and hungry.

Workout was supposed to be 5 min walk, 10 min 6.0. 6.0 is too fast for that long. I know, i know.....mental. I'm trying.
