I was getting cramped up...hungry (need to find a quick bar or something to snack on before i go down), calves needed stretched, arms ached, stomach cramping from the work yesterday.....can't win.
45 straight running seems impossible now. I could do 30 min before. Grrr.....
Tried 5.0 for 5 min, 4.0 for 5 min. Could not catch my breath after the 5.0.
So....

8%, mostly 3.8. did the last 5 minutes at 0%, 3.8 (went over on time to get to 3 miles). Took awhile to warm up, jumped off for 10 seconds twice to stretch legs. Effort and ability got better after 20 minutes.
