Intervals again (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off). Included a warm up. Had to sneak this in before bed tonight because I was pretty busy day tonight. Also tried curling for the first time at my grad department's social. It was pretty fun although I was very inconsistent. Feel like that is something every Canadian should try at least once!

Lower body strength. Felt like I was sweating more in this than the intervals although maybe I was just getting warmed up.
Warm-up/Cool-down/Stretch 5:00 [0]
Cool down stretch. I've done all the parts of week 3 (besides the optional stretch tomorrow). I'm pleased with my consistency. :) It's definitely easier to do them in the morning before work though.
