Lower body strength and HIIT. Done all the required videos of week 4 (there is an optional stretching video tomorrow). Half way through! I enjoy how there are no repeat videos, it makes it much more tolerable.
I also bought a new Garmin Vivoactive HR off of Craigslist yesterday. Yay gadgets! I was looking at fancier watches, but tried to be realistic about what I would actually use it for, so decided to have this as a starting off watch for half the price instead. It has an optical HR and seems fairly multipurpose. I found out you can’t save custom workouts onto it, but I think I can probably work around that in other ways.
