Went to Rice Lake to go orienteering with Graeme, Kate, and Ian. I didn't realize that the road I approached it from had a gate locked at 5pm, so I had to park and then run to meet them. Also including some trail running we did as part of the training.

Night orienteering at Rice Lake. Took turns leading to controls. Very very dark and thick and turned more into walking around to the approximate area. Glad I brought my compass so we could get out!

Super fun WET on a Spanish Banks beach map. Lots of water and sand, and a not very powerful headlamp, but an awesome time.

EPOC work out at the Y. Mostly HIIT type things. I must have bruised something in my back/butt when I fell at the sprint camp because some moves caused a lot of pain.
