Circuit 45:00 [3]

HiitFit class at Elite Performance. Maybe a little more combined strength/cardio moves instead of strictly cardio, which was fine. Was feeling a little tired, this has been a big week of activity for me so far. I went to bed at 9:30pm last night, haha.

Biking 45:00 [3]

Spin class last night at Cyklus. The class was super full. Different instructor than normal. He was pretty good except sometimes had the music too loud.

PowerFit class at lunch. Good mix of things. Mostly strength with some cardio (e.g. ski erg, versa climber, bike). Pretty tired at the end!

GluteFit at Elite Performance. Pretty good class although not as high intensity as the others. Got to try barbell hip thrusts. I have a lot of classes scheduled for this week as I need to use them up before I go to Australia because they expire during the next 3 weeks.

Downhill Skiing 1:00:00 [1]

Skiing at Northstar with Oscar. We have started doing more blacks! Did about 13,500 vertical feet. The hill really cleared out at the day went on as there were storm warnings for that night. We are now spoiled for weekday skiing with no lines. You can get a lot of runs in fairly efficiently! Conveniently, Carol lives close to many ski hills on the epic pass. Afterwards, we made a Boston cream pie birthday cake. :)
