Went for a run around the lake. I felt absolutely horrible throughout the run. For some odd reason my knees were hurting and I put on the wrong socks so the back of my shoe were rubbing against my leg. Plus, this is the hottest weater I've run in for a while. I hoping to run a little more in the next little while. There is a possibility of me getting a running partner so I'm excited about that! :)

Last ONB orienteering meet of the season. It took place in Woolastock (the map hadnt been used in 5 years or so...). The weather was really hot; a lot hotter than Ive been running in because a lot of our meet for the past couple of weeks have taken place in the rain. I found the heat exhausting! My whole race felt really slow and I never really got into the map. Although it was a fairly easy course I made quite a few of silly mistakes. I still managed to get the fastest time on the course...

Ran around the lake once. Took my ipod and found that it passed time a lot quicker. Felt good throughout the run, 1 and 20 seconds faster than last time!

I was late getting out of taekwondo so I biked up to our orienteering meet (which I was too late to do) and then mom and I went out for a 15-20 minute bike ride. It wasn't very hard except for the few hills we went up. We both biked back home after that.

Ran around the lake once (around 3 km). First time I've run in a while so I'm pretty pleased with how I felt. It was pouring, but the rain was refreshing.
