Before class run with Jerrell. Down through the highlands to Mamquam then up the loggers road. Pretty much all downhill for the first have and all uphill for the second half. Then did strides at the end. I'm glad I had someone one with me because we saw a black bear!

I had 8 hours of homework a day since I started my block so it was so nice to get out (and it was even sunny!). Jill, Gill, and I tried to find a single track trail. We eventually did but it was so steep! Then we found something a little more runnable.
