Running with Olenka to the Powerhouse. Didn't get attacked by a cougar, success! Lots of big hills.

Not sure why my heart rate is so low, it felt like I was working harder than that.

Running with my roommate Heather to the Powerhouse. She seems to be a good pace for me! Just a bit faster which is good. Some nice hills on this route, lovely day out!
