I didn't set my alarm this morning but woke up just in time to go to the bootcamp class at the Y. Not as cardio intensive as previous ones, but oh my goodness I'm weak.

Barre class at the Y. I figured this seemed like a more fun way to do variations on my physio exercises.

Oscar convinced me to go out for a run with him. Much warmer out than yesterday and just started to sprinkle near the end.

So many exercises, but I really need to make I plan them into my day. Time is approximate. Mix of glute, ankle, shoulder, and back exercises. Seems like many parts of my body have issues...
