Biking 50:00 [3]

I signed up for 3 months of ClassPass because they had a 50% off deal. I get a total of 5 different classes per month. I've always wanted to try ClassPass because I think it's something I would like, but haven't been able to justify the cost.

So my first class was a 50 minute spin class at Spin Society. As most spin classes, it was sweaty! They had clip in shoes for people to use, so that was my first time trying them. It was a very small class (4 people in total). I wasn't a super fan of the music this instructor chose (hip hop remixes mostly), but to each their own. The room was also very dark, which was a little weird, but I guess fine. They were very welcoming and friendly to newcomers though, so that was nice. There was also an arm strengthening portion with free weights (while riding).

I'm glad I went this morning, but I can't imagine spending $20 for a class, which is their usual rate.

Biking to and from VGH for a research study I'm doing. Legs are definitely a little sore from SART this weekend (which was lots of fun!).
