Bought another Jillian MIchaels DVD on sale which has seven 6 minute circuits of cardio type things. Name's kind of cheesy (Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism)... Some of the circuits were pretty easy while others were super tough! Did around 6 exercises per circuit and repeat. Will write up what they were later.

Running with 10K group again. Super snowy and slippery out and lots of traffic lights. It was like running in sand.

Bootcamp class at the Y. Ouch! Wasn't planning on going because I'm sore from yesterday, but I went as moral support for a friend who didn't end up going. Oh well.

Warmup

Round 1 (repeat 3 times)
1 minute of slow squats
1 minute of burning yoga pose (like this but on your toes: http://z.about.com/d/yoga/1/5/R/2/bigutkatasana.jp...)
1 minute of planks with twists

1 minute break

Round 2 (repeat 3 times)
1 minute of pushups
1 minute of knee highs
1 minutes of plank and jumping knees in and out

1 minute break

Round 3 (repeat 3 times)
1 minute lunge pulses
1 minute of different type of plank twist
1 minute of leaned forward/leg back/arms up and pulsing

Cardio Combo class at the Y which actually turned out to be a step class. I'm trying to find some other ways for cardio that aren't running so I don't aggravate my leg too much.

Mom and I are doing a 10K clinic through the Running Room for the couple of weeks that I'm home. The group runs pretty slowly (plus traffic lights really slow you down) but it will be a good motivation to get out.

Cardio (repeat once): 30 seconds jumping jacks, 30 seconds jump rope
Abs: 30 seconds crunches, 30 seconds reverse crunches

Circuit 2:
Strength (repeat once): 30 seconds row, 1 minute lunges with bicep curls
Cardio (repeat once): 30 seconds butt kicks, 30 seconds punches
Abs: 30 seconds oblique crunches, 30 seconds other side

Circuit 3:
Strength (repeat once): 30 seconds chest press, 1 minute side lunges with anterior raises
Cardio (repeat once): 30 seconds jumping jacks, 30 seconds butt kicks, 30 seconds punches, 30 seconds jump rope
Abs: 1 minute bicycle crunches

Cool down/Stretches.
