Bootcamp class at the Y. Ouch! Wasn't planning on going because I'm sore from yesterday, but I went as moral support for a friend who didn't end up going. Oh well.
Warmup
Round 1 (repeat 3 times)
1 minute of slow squats
1 minute of burning yoga pose (like this but on your toes:

1 minute of planks with twists
1 minute break
Round 2 (repeat 3 times)
1 minute of pushups
1 minute of knee highs
1 minutes of plank and jumping knees in and out
1 minute break
Round 3 (repeat 3 times)
1 minute lunge pulses
1 minute of different type of plank twist
1 minute of leaned forward/leg back/arms up and pulsing
Cool down
