Dad and I running with our lovely Lynn Valley hosts Graeme and Bruce. Got the tourist special.

Hiking 1:27:00 intensity: (38:00 @1) + (49:00 @2)

Up and down to the first peak of the Chief with Dad as our first stop in Squamish. My legs were quivering at the bottom. Hello mountains! (And although I won't log it, unpacking boxes out of storage is hard work!)

Canoeing on Lake Louise. We misjudged how helpful the wind would be on the way back so we were paddling hard to meet our 30 minute deadline.

Oops, well this was suppose to be a 4.5 kilometre run, but we took a wrong turn and it turned into be 10km. Good thing it was getting dark and started raining. The lakes were beautiful though!

Took the Jasper Gondola up and then hiked a bit to get an even nicer view

Went to Maligne Canyon. Was going to meet Dad at the bottom but the last bridge was washed up so I had to run/hike back to the top.

Checking out the 1998 map at Fleming Park for this orienteering event I have to put on for work. Some of it's a little sketchy so I hope all the beginners don't get lost! Also had a fun adventure trying to get there on the buses. I love 54 minute transfers...
