Another Class Pass class at Movement108. I really liked the instructor. She was very good at correcting form, and did useful exercises to help activate/identify the correct muscles before doing them with weights. I did assisted pull ups, which were kind of neat as I've never done those before. My legs are currently very sore though, I got a little over ambitious...
Booty Pilates. I liked this instructor and think these classes are helpful to get me to work on strengthening and activating my glutes (an ongoing project...). I definitely was feeling challenged. I need to use up my class pass credits before I go away next week.
Look, I did another bit of exercise! Went to "It's a HIIT class". Combo of agility and strength stuff. Pretty good and glad I did something. My upper body is back to its usual state of weakness.
